Refund Policy

Prime Quality Printing LLC specializes in custom printed products. Because all items are made to order, most sales are final.

If there is a manufacturing defect or printing error caused by Prime Quality Printing LLC, we will remake the order or replace the product.

Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving their order.

Prime Quality Printing LLC is not responsible for:

• Low-resolution artwork submitted by the customer  

• Spelling or design errors in customer provided artwork  

• Color variations caused by screen displays or artwork files
